Barre Fusion is a 45 minute, energetic workout incorporating barre, yoga, pilates and large body weight movements. We focus on large body movements to engage big muscle groups along with fine toning pulsing movements to target small, inner muscles and create the coveted “after-burn”. We strengthen, lengthen and tone while barely breaking a sweat but burning over 500 calories per class!
This low impact, total body workout is perfect for anyone looking to lose weight, maintain or build lean muscles at any age. We work from top to bottom creating a long, lean body every single time you come to FORME. (Please wear sticky socks for this class)
Cardio meets dance meets aerobics. A higher impact version of Barre Fusion with more aerobic movement and a lot of sweat! We keep the heart rate up to get you in the best shape of your life in 35 minutes while targeting the entire body to strengthen, lengthen and tone those muscles. This workout is great for anyone who loves a dance inspired cardio class, but maybe isn’t the next Beyonce on the dance floor. (Note: please wear tennis shoes/sneakers for this class.)
FORME CARDIO HIIT
35 minutes of heart pumping high intensity interval training to make you break a real sweat and burn fat like never before! We’ll push you to get your heart rate into the cardio zone using timed intervals, AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible) and EMOM (every minute on the minute) training! This class is built to get your heart pumping and a super sweat!
Mostly low impact cardio, and this class can be taken at your own pace. Modifiers will be given to take it down or take it up a notch so any fitness level can participate!
Please wear tennis shoes and bring water for this class. Towels and equipment are provided.
A 45 minute fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardio element utilizing the barre. We focus on proper biomechanics for a safe and well structured class that can be modified for any fitness level. Up to 700 calories burned in every class! (Please wear sticky socks for this class.)
BARRE FUSION SCULPT
Barre Fusion’s low impact cardio section combined with a barre sculpt section to get your heart rate up and your muscles engaged. The catch? You wear ankle weights the entire class and hold hand weights for the first 25 minutes.
We continue our focus of large body movements with the added weights to build strength and tone those large, superficial muscles while we tone from the inside with our smaller, pulsing movements. The choreography allows for high cardio levels, without the impact of jumping or running.
This class is perfect for those needing cardio and weight training without putting pressure on the joints. (Please bring water, a towel and wear tennis shoes/sneakers to this class.)

BARRE FUSION LIFT
We’ve introduced heavier weights to our signature Barre Fusion class, and we’re loving the results! You choose a weighted bar ranging from 6lbs-24lbs (we suggest 9lbs to start) and we breakdown weight lifting movements and build them into series that get you a total body fat burn. We work the entire body over the whole class with large movements mixed with some smaller pulses, we’ll take it to platforms for some elevation work in the middle, and then hit the floor with about 15 minutes left. With some unexpected cardio added in, this low impact, weights based class is great for all levels.
